Christopher Setterlund is a proud twelfth-generation Cape Codder and comes from a large family. He has previously written six books: the In My Footsteps travel trilogy through Schiffer Publishing and a Cape Cod history trilogy through Arcadia Publishing, which includes Historic Restaurants, Cape Cod Nights, and Iconic Hotels and Motels. In addition, he hosts the In My Footsteps Podcast. He is a certified personal trainer and medical fitness specialist.
