Author Bio
Sharon Damon has been writing since she could hold a pencil and published her first real book of poetry, Raindance, at the ripe old age of forty years. She has dedicated most of her life to raising her children and teaching in Henderson and her hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She earned her BA, BEd in English, music and early childhood education. Sharon and her husband, Mike, share a passion for history and a love of their home in the Henderson area, which led to the creation of this book. They have been eating their way through Henderson for more than twelve years now and don't plan to stop any time soon.
