Maryanne Porter is a native of Santa Cruz, California, and a lover of history, urban legends, myths and the paranormal. She is the founder of Santa Cruz Ghost Hunters, a history and paranormal research team, and owner of Santa Cruz Haunted Tours, which will be taking its tours on location at the haunted "World Famous Brookdale Lodge" in its next venture.
