Polly Powers Stramm is a columnist for the Savannah Morning News, an award-winning writer, and a longtime Savannah resident. She is the author of several books on Savannah culture and cuisine, and her work has appeared in USA Today, Time, Newsweek, and People.

Robert M. Peacock, a well-known Dallas photographer, is recognized for being able to capture the beauty and appeal of food for top cookbooks and magazines. His work has appeared in numerous magazines and books, including Pelican’s Dallas Classic Desserts and The Big Texas Steakhouse Cookbook. He is thrilled to call Dallas, Texas, home.

Roland Dickey has been a part of his family's business for forty years, helping to oversee the opening of several locations countrywide. He has been a lover of barbecue all of his life.
