Robert A. Mayers is a professional author and historian in New Jersey. He has written numerous works on Revolutionary War and New Jersey history, including Revolutionary New Jersey: Forgotten Crossroads and Towns of the American Revolution, Searching for Yankee Doodle: Washington's Soldier's in the American Revolution and The Forgotten Revolution.
