Frank A. Cassell is president and Professor Emeritus at the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg. He is an officer of the Sarasota County Historical Commission and the History and Preservation Coalition of Sarasota County. He has published books on Bertha Palmer in Florida, the early American republic, Indiana social history and his experiences as a university president.
