Authors RuthAnn King and Lisa Van De Hey, lifelong residents of Gridley, have compiled a collection of historical photographs dating from 1870 to 1950. Both have worked successfully to preserve history at the Gridley Museum as directors and volunteers. The collection of photographs in this book came from the Gridley Museum, Gridley Herald, Butte County Historical Society, and numerous local residents.
