Author Roger B. Miller is a lifelong Kansan who has lived in Bonner Springs since 1964. He is a fourth-generation pharmacist and served as president of the Kansas Pharmacists Association during its centennial year in 1980. That year, he visited every pharmacy in the state--a total of 704. He was the president of the Wyandotte County Historical Society and Museum and is member of the Bonner Springs Historical Preservation Society. His hobby, performing magic, led to his presidency of the International Brotherhood of Magicians in 2005-2006.
