Established on May 2, 1978, the Norwood Historical Society's current mission is to collect, preserve, exhibit, interpret, publish, and educate about the history of Norwood, Ohio. The historical society has an extensive collection of artifacts, pictures, maps, and newspapers that are stored at the Norwood Community Center. This growing collection is always accepting donations. Norwood Historical Society members gather monthly to discuss upcoming projects and reflect on historical finds.
