Dr. Martin Garfinkle is an associate professor and former chair of the Department of Human Services in the New York City College of Technology School of Professional Studies. Dr. Stephen M. Soiffer is the special assistant to the president for institutional advancement and formerly the dean of enrollment management and retention.
