Author Bio
Terry Shoptaugh is a professor at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He is the author of a book on the sugar beet industry in the Red River Valley and numerous articles on Minnesota and North Dakota history. He is currently working on a book about a North Dakota businessman who helped German Jews immigrate to the United States in the 1930s.
