Joan B. Ackerman is the coauthor of two Arcadia Publishing titles on the history of Westfield. She is the reference librarian at the Westfield Athenaeum and an avid postcard collector. Here, she presents a wonderful compilation selected from the athenaeum archives, the Western Hampden Historical Society, and private collections.
