Rick Tabb is executive director of the C&O Historical Society. He is a historian, author, and consultant. Josephine Dellinger, of the Clifton Forge Woman's Club, has lived in Clifton Forge since 1939. She has witnessed the town grow and shares the spirit of its citizens, who continue to be busy and friendly.
